    let me say first off that if this works its awesome... I am doing it from my cell because my internet is broke on my computer... Crazy blackouts everywhere over here. i have been on track just unable to get to the internet i hope everyone has a gret day!!!

    Yep. It worked. Hope your power is on soon. The storms sound nasty. We are looking at 100 degrees again. Think I will lift weights INSIDE instead of walking today OUTSIDE. Heat wave is supposed to break tomorrow though. YAY!

          Morning all!

          Boot camp last night was OK. Class getting a little too crowded - lotts of newbies and a ton of yappers - just shut up, quit whining and WORK. Sorry, I am perturbed by loud yappers during class.

          Today is suppose to be a warm one - can't wait! I have playgroup at the park, although I would rather hang by the pool, since the wind should be down and the heat should be up!

          Went to the gyn yesterday to see where my period disappeared to. (it's been 3 months) Running some bloodwork, and I have an ultrasound in a couple of weeks - super fun! I am nervous- with my crappy luck, they'll find something in there that shouldn't be there. Keep your fingers crossed!

          Other than that, hope all is going well for everyone and you guys have a super fun Tuesday!!

            hello everyone hope all of ya'll are doing fantastic!!! Today am staying home from work, can not find my keys and I feel hopeless, just need to wait for the hubby to come home since he has the extra set. Well this morning got up with strikes of energy the good Lord has blessed me with another day!!!!

                Good morning. It's another lovely day in Atkinsville. Day four on Induction and I'm feeling fine. I had a hard time sleeping last night, but that's normal for me starting Induction. I have a few nights where I have to go to bed at 8:30 then a few nights where I'm wide awake most of the night. The energy is kicking in!

                          Hello I am here.. thought I checked in this morning but then I remembered there was no roll call and I didn't feel like starting one..

                          Day 3 for me today...still hanging in there.. Went to the store and got me some veggies cause I was running out.. I can't wait for the veggies to start coming out of the garden...

                              Here for roll call.

                              Feeling much better today. Thanks a bunch to Sherri for recommendation on probiotics for my problems. Haven't had problems now for two days straight!! ( big big hugs to you Sherri!! )

                              Due to my work schedule, which is 7 days a week, 7pm-7am, with an hour drive to and back from work, when I get home, I am so tired I go striaght to bed. I will wake up a few hours later, and make something to eat, then back to bed. At my work, which I am a Medical Assistant for home health, I bring with me some snacks like a small bag of radishes, carrots or celery, and a big jug of water. I know that I'm still not eating much, but with my hectic work schedule, it's hard. I don't go hungry though, when I'm hungry, I do eat something.

                              I have a few more days until my 15th day on Induction. I promised myself that I wouldn't get on those scales until then, for fear I might have stalled or gained, or something, but I'm not going to let that discourage me! I will contine, REGARDLESS what the scale says. I have about another week for TOM also, so I have to put that into consideration. I pulled out my treadmill and will have my behind back on it everyday when I get home from work. I am very determined not to give up, and keep on going until I have accomplished my goal, and will continue to stay on Atkins as a healthy lifestyle change.
