    Yippeeeeeeeeeee Sandy!!!

    You did WAY better than me today!

    I was naughty, super naughty. I made oatmeal raisin cookies for the kids and ate around 12 of them (ok, they were really small- seriously ) Yep, also ate a piece of pizza and now, I'm indulging in a lovely Mojito (my 2nd for the night)

    I feel awful! My tummy hurts, I'm mad at myself. But I have learned something.... I never thought I had a serious problem with eating - I thought it was more of a lack of activity thing... I'm a total binge eater! I wolfed down those cookies so fast, I didn't want to stop. Gross! Eeewwwww! Yucky-poo!

    You live & learn, 'eh?

      I had a good day and stayed on track and got in 128 ounces of water which will end up being at least 24 more by the time I go to bed.
      Woke up in a funk, thirsty and hungry and the water tasted like crap, so I am not sure what happened, but drinking water was my only option and I got over it and was fine all day. Just a bit hungrier than normal !!
      Day seven low carb and day six no caffiene or sweetners !!
      I hope everyone is having a good weekend !!
