    Good Morning STACers! It's certainly good to be back! I'm on my second day back and I'm feeling great!

    A friend of mine is trying to talk me into pole dancing classes for exercise! Has anyone done this? What are some other fun ways people here find to exercise? I used to take bellydancing classes but what I really want to do is learn circus skills! The Circus Space I know someone who started a year ago doing acrobatics and is in incredible shape! I think I'd have to lose a bit more weight before I get on a trapeze though!!

    Ok, I'm obviously ridiculous. It is JUNE! Not JULY!! I guess I'm just ready for warmer weather!! Is there a way to change the title?

            hi all. I'm back after a 3 day absence because of computer problems. No problems on the diet though, I'm still on track. Hope you are too!

                  Its only OK if you can fast forward us all to our July 17 weights. LOL

                    Amy you are too funny! That is so cool learning pole dancing, I would be afraid with my weight that I would take that pole with me while spinnin on it!-LOL
                    That circus thing is too cool! Day 13 for me! I feel so much better, except the night when me and hubby went out to dinner, but hey that is what I get! But I had fun with my hubby once a year outin Hope everyone has a blessed day!!

                        I have a pal that has taken a pole dancing class and said it was a really great workout. If I could find someplace in my neck of the woods that offered them, I would totally do it

                          That is exactly what I'm afraid of! I think it couldn't possibly support my full weight and the momentum of me swinging on it! My friend says it is very sturdy but she's a good 30 lbs lighter than me...I just don't know...

                          Chinadoll-- I wish I could fastforward to our 17 July weights! But it is good to think about what weight we might be by then!

                          Tomorrow-- Good for you for getting back in action!

                          Colleen-- I think you might just be more brave than I am when it comes to the pole dancing! I might give it a shot though!

                            Day 7 for me...no cheats and feeling great. Down 5 lbs so I'm THRILLED.

                            OMG I about died laughing over the visual I got in my mind with the pole dancing thing. Maybe when I get a little closer to goal...
