    I love it...pole goal. I'm laughing hysterically here and my colleagues think (know) I'm losing it (but of course, that is my goal, right?)

      Good Afternoon.. I would love to be at my July 17th weight right now...lol I don't think I will be doing any pole dancing anytime soon.. Still hanging in there...didn't really eat the veggies I should have yesterday so I am making up for that today

          Tomorrow - I would start over. It's really important to have a clean induction. I'd restart and give myself another 14 days of no cheats.

            Wow, that's easier said than done! I've started over today, but I'm playing that one by ear. I've already lost 7 pounds, so if I feel like I'm going to stick with it better by starting OWL, I'm going to go that route. I don't usually handle failure very well, and this is the first time *EVER* that I've fallen and actually got right back up. Normally it would have kicked off a good 6 week binge. Weak, I know, but that's the sad truth of it. I understand what you're saying, but I'm more worried about long term success right now than being able to say I made it through a cheat free Induction.

              I took the day off from exercise, so I thought, to clean my house. I ended up getting a really good work out doing just that! And I also took a nap...2 hour one. I guess I really needed it.

                Hey everyone! Well we're back from vacation. It was a long week and I'm sure you all guessed it, yeah I didn't stay on plan. I went WAY off! Ugh. Oh well. I'm starting over (again) on Wednesday.

                  Hello,

                  I am starting Atkins officially tomorrow morning bright and early. I have done it before and fell off the wagon many times because of my lack of commitment and getting bored with food choices. So what will be different this time?

                  Planning....planning and more planning. I have to plan ahead it is the only way I can make it. I have also decided to take someones advice and make a list of the foods that I like and keep a chart in front of me and give myself a sticker or something for each day of induction that I pass without cheating. I also need to come in here every day and be committed to the roll call process and bonding with my fellow Atkineers.

                  So here I am ready to begin again. I can do this and you can too. Together we can make it.

                      Tomorrow - it's not just about making it through cheat free. While that is important, Dr. Atkins stressed the importance of stabilizing your blood sugar and cravings in the 14 days. That's why it's vital to be cheat free during this time. I know you can do this. Ultimately it's your choice about what to do...stay and do a clean 14 day induction or move to OWL
