    Wow! I never thought I would be up to be the first to start roll call, but a noisy mockingbird got me out of bed at 6 a.m. so here I am. Have a terrific weekend everyone!

    Happy Saturday!

    Going to spin class in a few minutes. Taking the kiddies to the pool afterwards with my hubby and tonight is outdoor movie night in our little community - how fun!

    Still holding at 107, feeling great, happy summer is here!

      I guess I can be second. My darling daughter got me up at 7am saying Ma Ma ugh up. So much for sleeping in. I guess I wont be able to do that till oh she is in college.LOL (shes 2)
      Well starting day 3 on induction. Yesterday went fine had a few cravings in the evening but I think it was due to being bord. There just was nothing on tv. So I read Dr. Atkins book for the 100th time but thats ok everyone needs a little refresher now and then. I did go to the gym yesterday so that was progress. Trying to get that in at least every other day. So far so good.
      Not much planned for this weekend, just staying home and cleaning. I will be glad when the burst of energy kicks in,I have alot to do around here. LOL
      Everyone have a awesome day. We can do this.

        I am here... I went off Atkins last night. I just got in to Houston, from Detroit, last night and my sister and her bf got dinner... not carb friendly... I know I didnt have to eat it, but I got the mindset, "well, I am on vacation..." but that mindset is what got me into trouble every time before... So!

        Good morning.

        I am about to start a brand new Atkins-friendly day. I can't undo last night, but I can stop it in it's tracks And, I will not be going off Atkins for the rest of my time down here, nor when I go home
        No more self-sabotage.

          Happy Saturday everyone. DH and I got up and did our 2 mile walk; went out to our gazebo and had a cup of coffee and read the paper. Then I got a 'hair' and watered the gardens (big job...double lot and lots of landscaping), swept the sidewalks and driveway, did some trimming. I think the burst of energy is here. LOL

          I'm planning on doing more outside today, but am taking a short break to get a drink and eat some cheese.

          Enjoy your day...and keep that end game in mind. Whatever is tempting you really isn't worth it, now is it?

            Aloha,
            Last night I made roast beef and broccoli... something from my childhood on the farm. This morning eggs and sausage. I'm feeling very grounded today. It is a day of organizing and settling, before we send the boys off to summer camp. Home is where the heart is!!

              Good evening.. I have been out and about today.. Helped my daughters boyfriends mother set up for his graduation party.. Worked very hard.. Didn't cheat.. although I wanted too..

              My daughter snapped a picture of me and she said mom you look skinnier in it.. So that is what kept me walking by the chocolate cake with icing that I wanted so badly..

                  Hey everyone!
                  Restarted today! Yay! I'm going to start the C25k on Sunday as well! Things are going well for me, I need to jumpstart my body back into working out and ketosis!

                  My neighbor commented on how much I've lost and that made me feel great. I'm looking forward to feeling better too. It's amazing how a week or so of off-plan can totaly make you feel gross, look gross, and just all around not nice...haha!

                    Hey everyone....late check in today. Okay, so it has come to my attention that I do in fact HAVE to restart Induction. Blah. I was bucking the idea earlier this week, but it's amazing how a small slip can accelerate so quickly! So today begins another round of Induction for me and I guess I'm stuck with it until I get it right. NO CHEATING!!

                      Day 14 low carb today and day 13 of no caffiene or artifical sweetners, so that is great.
                      228, down another pound today.
                      192 ounces water, and ate good.
                      Looking forward to starting week three tomorrow.
