    Good Morning! For those of you in deluged the Midwest, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

    I had a strange day yesterday. I could not get enough to eat. I was truly hungry all day--not appetite-- really hungry. Luckily I had a roast chicken in the fridge and I kept taking an ounce here or there. I usually eat about 1700-1800 cals a day and yesterday was about 2300 and I have no idea why. My carbs were fine since the extra calories came from protein. It wasn't TOM.

    Anyway, I am left a bit perplexed and am starting today fresh. I am going to go back later and check out my menu for Friday evening and yesterday to see if there was anything different happening to maybe cause this.

    Wow what a week. My parents have been visiting from Florida and they just went home yesterday. I'm afraid that the food dept wasn't too good since we went out to eat a lot and I totally blew it. I have to start over again today. Boy I am sounding like a broken record these days. Oh well nothing I can do about it but go forward.

    Today is going to be a great day. Hope everyone is doing well. Will check in later after church.

      Mornin!

      Down to 106 - DANG! Only 1 lb to go to goal, then I will re-evaluate. I'm super stoked and going to celebrate by hanging out by the pool while hubby is @ yoga and the kiddies are in the gym daycare (what a great mom, eh?)

      We took the kids to the neighborhood movie night - it was so beautiful outside. They had a live band and provided popcorn and candy to everyone in our little sub-division. The movie didn't start until 8:45(ish), so we didn't stay much longer after the flick started. The kids had a great time showing off their sweet dance moves - was super cute.

      Hope everyone has a super fantastic, mindful, happy, legal day!

        Hi,
        all is well here at the moment. Starting day 4 on induction. It amazes me how once you have been on this WOE certain things just dont tempt you anymore. DH made blueberry pancakes this morning and I could have cared less. I had my eggs and sausage and moved on. I am trying not to think about being gone since January. Some times I find my self saying if only you would have kept going you might be at your goal weight now. Oh well starting new and if it takes me forever to get there at least I am doing something and not continuing to gain weight uncontroleably. With that said. Everyone have a awesome day.

          Good morning Stacers!

          Quiet day here~~~plan on enjoying it. All is well in my neck of the woods. Off to buy a new Pur water filter system for my kitchen sink & also some groceries. Going to try some new recipes this week.

          tracfla~~don't look back at what could have been as you can't change it & it is a waste of your time. Look forward & keep your goal in sight.

            Hi every one,

            Well today is my first day of doing induction again and this time I plan on being totally cheat free. I stayed up and read the Atkins book again and refreshed my brain on why its important to not cheat even just "a little" or "one" bite. Which was my down fall.

            Here is to a good week and no cheating <---- Water of course lol

              Starting my third week today and got up with mild cramps and a pound up, so I know it is TOM. I am at that stage in my life where I can go anywhere from 22 days to 30 days and today is 27 so I was kind of excpecting it any time. One pound up though is not too bad. It will come back off with more in a few days, so that is fine. I was prepared for it so that helped although I still hated to see that scale up, but once a month, it just cannot be helped !!!

                  Hi everyone!

                  It's a PERFECT day here in Central Illinois...79 and low humidity. We had my parents over for coffee this morning, but had to put the deck back together first (we had it treated late last weed). After that, I watered, then ran to the greenhouse for a couple more things (it never ends!), then got those planted and watered. DH and I just got back from our walk and I'm feeling GREAT. This WOL/WOE is so good...why the heck do we ever stray?

                  Day 12 of induction for me...will probably extend it for another two weeks and see where I land. I feel so positive right now.

                    Good evening.. I went to church this morning and then hung out with my daughter and her boyfriend for a while.. I then took my daughter to Church Camp.. she will be gone until Friday She just called to tell me they are taking everyone's phones..so I won't be hearing from her...

                    Jill..I just wanted to say...I think its normal to have a hungry day every now.. Personally I think its better that way your body is gettind different calorie counts and never knows what to expect.

                      Evening everyone! Day to of restart and I feel great. You know those Buffaloe Chicken Pizza that Pizza Hut used to make? Well I found a great substitute for that pizza (it's my altime favorite kind of pizza). I just took one of Linda's pizza crust recipes and made it with hot sauce instead of pizza sauce. I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner, so easy!

                      Anyway, things are going well! This time around I'm going to try to cut out all sweeteners, drink at least 94 oz. of water a day (1/2 my weight), and to not weight myself for two weeks. I've become such an addict to the scale it's gotten pretty bad. I had the hubby hide it, haha!

                        Good point, Sandy. I usually hit right around 1750 - 1800 so maybe a shakeup isnt so bad.
