    Good morning STACers! Welcome to another wonderful day on the

    Today is now Day 3 for me on my Re-Induction and we're ticking along nicely. I've lost 5 pounds of that horrible water I put back on, and hopefully before the end of the week I'll be back where I was before I dove off the wagon.

    Have a great day everyone, and don't forget to drink your water!

    good morning all! day 23 for me. doing great. have ramped up to Rung 1 and changed up (read: got serious!) about the exercise routine.

      TIBP, I found your water! LOL I have it all today. Walked this morning and my fingers were puffed out like sausages! I had cold cuts and more cheese than usual yesterday so that is probably why. Am drinking more to flush it all out.

        Good Morning

        I am determined to stay on track. I have given in to temptation several times (CAKE) and I am starting induction again today. Why is it that sweets are the trigger for the "only a few bites won't hurt" mode?? A few bites for me turns into a few pieces or the whole darn thing. (over a few days) I have to be strong and not give in anymore!!! I have to start exercising again and get up off my butt.

          Morning, well today is a wonderful day!!!!

          Got runnin this morning on the tredmill! Did 1mile in 14 minutes!!! I am so proud of me! Hope everyone has a wonderful wonderful day!!!

            Good morning!

            Sounds like you're all doing great!

            I'm cleaning and recovering from camping....it's a dirty job and I'd pay someone else to do it right now

            Got in my C25K Week 3 Day 1 done today and thought I'd just die right there.

            My hat goes out to you, Willose, with running a 14 min mile! Great job!!!

              First day of a "better be" clean re-induction. Been drinking water and behaving myself. Looking forward to exercising tonight.

                Hey there kinda late checking in today. Its been a monday thats for sure. Almost done with day 5 of induction. Feeling better etc. Hope everyone had a good day.

                    Im on day 2 of induction, been good and drinking lots of water.. Just posted a question about the scales jumping up 4 lbs over night and Ive not cheated. So hoping its water weight and it will go soon. Ahhhhhh that will teach me for being a cheat right? lol
