OK so yesterday was day one for a new fresh induction from having a big cheat on Saturday night. Yesterday I weighed in to a suprise of just 163 only up 3 lbs. I was good yesterday and really good today. I have been drinking allot of water to get rid of all the bad stuff and help myself get back in ketose. I noticed today I have been going to the bathroom allot which is good to keep flushing away the junk. I thought Id look at the scales to see whats going on, well I was shocked to see Im 167 lbs. HOW THE **** DID THAT HAPPEN? I was 163 lbs just yesterday and I didnt cheat since so how did it go up like that? Is that normal? Is my body adjusting to things since I abused it on Saturday? Im hoping its just water weight... Anyone know or go though this?

Weight fluctuation happens...darn those scales and body fluids and foods! Give it a week...stay the course you left behind, and I bet you'll see a better difference. Unless it's "TOM"...then, just keep drinking your water and stay off the scale for awhile
