    Good Morning All!

    I hope no one minds that I started this off this morning. I'm on the East Coast and get to work at 8AM, so I've been waiting to post

    Just FYI, I did post the Whooshie Pie recipe on yesterday's thread if anyone was interested.

    I'm have a pretty good day, at least mentally. I went to the grocery store last night so I'm all prepared to stay on track today and through the weekend. Physically, however, I'm not feeling as great. I'm exhausted and dragging. I had trouble just getting the energy to walk to work from the train stop this morning. And, (sorry if TMI) my stomach is killing me with some intestinal issues. I don't know if it's from induction or TOM. I can't remember if I had this issue last time around. Oh well. I know the tired crappy feeling will subside in a few days...

    Hi everyone, I hope it is a great day for all of you !!
    I am excited to be down another pound to 225, so that makes 22 pounds lost and I am on day 19 !! I am pretty thrilled with that.

        Hi everyone.. Called in sick to work today..first time I have done that.. I was up late last night Midnight and got up this morning at 4:25...so i feel so off sorts today..

        Still hanging in there..although the scales are not kind

          Sandy-

          you certainly didn't get enough sleep last night and deserve the day off! Get some rest and then maybe use a half hour of your day to get an extra walk in. I always feel much better about the nasty scale when I know I'm making it that much harder for it not to move down! It will come. Hang in there.

            Booklady---Congrats on losing the 22 pounds! Woo hoo! That's fantastic!!! I'm so excited for you!!!



            I got out of bed at 8:30 this morning. I slept in today after a long day yesterday and I went to bed at 9:30. Gosh, I guess I needed the rest! I'm not sure what I'm doing today. Maybe I'll go for a walk and then take the girls to the park. DH wants to go camping again this weekend. I'm game. He has to find the "perfect" fishing hook before we go, though.

              I'm into my 3rd day and doing fine. I skipped exercise last night because I was tired, but I'll make up for it today.

                Hi everyone!

                I'm hanging in there as well and hopeful that the scale will continue to move down. Right now, I'm kinda stuck but I know I'm losing some inches as my clothes are definitely starting to be more comfortable. I was shocked when the scale was still the same, but shrugged it off cuz I FEEL GREAT. It'll happen.

                Gotta run and get back to work. Have a successful Atkins day!

                  Hi everyone! First of all ~ congrats on the weight loss booklady, that's awesome!

                  This will probably be the last time I get to check in for a week or so. We're doing a major packing this weekend as we should be getting into our new house on the 1st.

                    Thanks..I got a nap in and I still don't feel much better..for some reason this is making me want to cheat... Ugh.... I haven't and I am fighting hard..

                        Sandy, I know what you mean about not feeling too well. Lack of sleep with do that to ya. Hopefully you get some today.

                        Kmr-feel better it will pass in a few days hopefully.

                        I am here, truckin along. Got pizza for the kids for dinner. Had some cheese and meat that was on top while waiting for my dinner to finish in the oven. Went to the gym and worked out felt really good after.

                        Just feeling a bit impatient with the weight loss as usuall. I tend to get that way and then I need to just try to ignore it. I feel like I would be ok if I could just get to 159 never been there and feel like my body is fighting it. I have been at this weight stall for the last 5 months with what ever diet program I have been on. Ahhh with that said I know in my head Atkins WORKS, I just need to chill and let it run its course.

                          TIBP- good luck packing.

                          Gee whiz Booklady, I would kill for those numbers. I am thinking of buying a new scale cause this one is stuck! LOL

                          I am here and lifted weights today. May walk tonight because my guys want to play golf tomorrow with me and I know I won't get a solid cardio in until at least Saturday otherwise.

                            Hey everyone. Things are going well. Slept in this morning a little bit. Went for a walk and I bought cream cheese and some more eggs because I want to attempt to make those oopsie rolls! yay!
