    I Just Wanted To Know If Heavy Cream Has Ever Made Any Body Else Kind Of Get Stuck.the Last Time I Was On Atkins I Never Used It But This Time Around I Have Used A Little.i Feel Stuck And Have Not Lost Any Pounds This Week And The Only Thing Different Is The Cream.well I Did Eat One Sugar Free Popcicle.does Any One Have Any Ideas?

      Too much can slow you down, but it has never bothered me. Although calories don't count you may want to track how much you are eating on fitday just to see. If you are drinking at least 64 oz of water each day, I don't know what else to tell you.

      How long has it been since you lost. I will go weeks at a time them lose 3-4 pounds at once. Could be your body is starting to do the same. It isn't uncommon after Induction for your pattern to change.

      Alsi check out the PISS (Post Induction Stall Syndrome) Thread. It may have nothing to do with the cream.

          After numerous times on low carb with slow loss I gave up dairy, except butter because it is a fat and does not bother me, and all things made with artifical sweetners and eat no sweetners at all, and I gave up my caffiene and I am losing much better.
          I do not know if that is what is happening for you, but for me, dairy is a problem.
          Try eliminating it again and see what happens, but give it a few days to get it out of your system. You will find out fast if that was the culprit !!!

            Best way is to cut it out and see if that makes a difference. Or at least limit yourself to induction amounts. Personally I would do the first one and then maybe add back in later down the line...
