    Mornin!

    Feeling the effects of one too many Jager bombs this morning - I'm such a schmuck.
    So, I am making myself go to spin class this morning! That will teach me! I actually bought my cycling shoes and want to try them out - I'm so excited! Never have I been so excited to wear an ugly pair of shoes in my life!

    Hi, I'm here!! I did pretty good yesterday, one Bloody Mary and 3 Jello shots. Not too bad, there was Fruit Pizza (my fav) at the party and I didn't eat any! All in all, I am pretty happy with myself. I don't even feel like it kicked me out of ketosis, no cravings or anything today. Right back on plan, no big deal!!
    Try to get 80-100 ounces a day!

      Im doing ok ate a couple things i shouldnt of, not a total cheat but one mouth full is to many.. anyway back on track today.
