      Good morning! I'm back after vacation. Ten days in France and England. I probably shouldn't mention all the bad things I ate and drank, but I'm back and ready to continue on my Atkins journey. I'm up a couple of pounds, but not as many as I deserve!!!

                Hi everyone! I didn't get a chance to post over the long weekend...just too busy!

                Speaking of the weekend, it was fabulous in every way. The weather was PERFECT; warm, not humid, no rain. It was absolute heaven. And I was on track with this WOE so that was just the proverbial icing on the cake! (ooh cake...yuk!)

                So I continue on the journey with all of you. ARE WE READY TO RUMBLE? lol

                  I'm from Northern Michigan, just outside of Traverse City. Its overcast and humid here, so I have the AC running. Been cleaning like a madwoman today, its back to school tomorrow after a LONG weekend. No more breaks until Graduation (Sept.4). I think I am making Whooshie Pie and Fried Green Beans for dinner. I try to make a big dinner on Monday, so there are leftovers for lunch at School all week. Take care, all!!

                    Back again after the holiday weekend. I pretty mcuh behaved myself, but haven't been as commited as I want to be. I sat down with my mom this morning and she helped me get back on track. Basically I have had too many "diets" and exercises floating around in my head and haven't been able to commit to any of them. I know Atkin's is the WOE for me, and it is what works so I need to forget about everything else and stay focused on this plan. I also came up with a work-out schedule, incorporating 3 different routines that interest me, so it's enough to keep from getting bored but not too much to overwhelm me. I am going to agina re-start induction (today) and start my work-out routine. I will stick to it and take weight/measurements in 2 weeks

                    I definitely need this board for support.

                        Im here, Im going to count today as day one of Induction. I need to get back on track and STAY there. I dont know whats my problem, I know some of it is boredom and I "enjoy" eating. My husband is coming home from Iraq for 2 weeks next Saturday and I want to look GOOD so I need to keep it together. Ive lost a total of 26 lbs since he last saw me.

                          I'm Kelly and I'm starting a strict, clean induction in the morning. 7/8/08.

                          I'm 5'10" at 186 pounds. I'd like to lose between 11-21.

                          Sorry I don't have all the bells and whistles but I live kinda far out in the country and I have dial-up. :-( It's really irritating but I don't want to spend the moneyfor satellite internet.

                              Hey! Thought I would just jump right in here.

                              I was doing so good on this WOE for 6 months, then SUMMER HIT! AAACCCK LOL

                              I had 8 to go to goal & then bam I derailed. Spent a lot of time with friends & food & booze & I gained 5 over the last 5 weeks.

                              Time to get serious again.
