Well, I'm going to bed in about twenty minutes and I've made it through Day One.
I've had about fifteen grams of carbs and 90 oz of water.
I did my run/walk program first thing this morning. 3 minutes run/1 minutes walk for five times. Six minute warm up and six minute cool down.
About the only thing that kept this from being a 100% clean Induction was about three oz of coffee this morning and four oz of diet coke this evening. I have a slight headache and I'm sure it's from the caffeine withdrawal.
The biggest thing for me today was to go from munching and snacking all day to NOT munching and snacking all day.
I'm so glad I made it through the day. I feel great about this and I'm ready for bed. Thanks Y'all!
