Where is everyone?
Well, I already went for my walk this am...
having some coffee and contemplating breakfast...
Getting ready to go to San Diego for biofeedback. I've never done it before, so I'm not sure what to expect.
It should be interesting though.

Good luck in San Diego. I use biofeedback to lower my pulse when exercising.

I'm here and OP. Made a "lasagna" last night with cauliflower, eggs, and cheese as the "noodles"....safe for induction and delicious. DBF loves that he can eat things like that, and that I'm cooking a lot
, and still be OP. I got up this morning and made us mock danishes with sausage and packed leftover lasagna and salads for lunch. I am already losing the hunger pangs which is great.
We are also quitting smoking. I've normally had 8 cigarettes by this time of day (2 PM) and today I've only had 3. I have 1 left in my pack and then I'm done (I hope). I know we've taken on a lot at one time....full time jobs, he is also in school full time, buying a house, taking care of 2 dogs and a ferret, changing our WOE, and quitting smoking....but we both thrive on being hectic and busy so hopefully it comes out in our favor.
I think I'm making induction friendly "nachos" tonight for dinner...something quick so I can get some laundry done and workout. The list just never ends....

I'm here! I made the 'Cheese' its from Linda's Low Carb website, and they are awesome!! I had a chicken salad for dinner, and it was blah and I was feeling sorry for myself until I had that snack. Made my whole day! LOL
Oh, and we had a potluck at school, and I didn't cheat and wasn't even tempted!

Hi there, I have been around but really busy. Still on program starting to get a bit concerned next week we are taking a trip to Boston. I know I will be tempted to go off program. I will deal with it when the time comes but it has been on my mind. Exercised today but it was really hot. I was so drained after. Made fried fish with parm cheese and egg wash as the batter and made low carb tartar sauce really yummy.

I'm really late checking in, but I'm here. I'm down to 1lb over ticker, so I'm happy. Certainly after my vacation, I deserve to weigh more, but we walked a lot.
