It's a sunny day at the Jersey shore. I am hoping to catch up on some household chores today and then do some lower leg work. I have been wlking a bunch this summer but my legs are "jiggly" so I need to get back with my squats and other legwork.
Today is my weigh in day and last week I had hit a couple crummy low days and didn't weigh in. I had been eating 2400 calories a day
and not exercising so I figured for sure I had gained. I also had a soy marinated beef recipe last night so I know I am retaining some water. I got on the scale expecting a gain, or at least no change, and I was thrilled to see I am down another pound in spite of an off week! Yippee!

. It really made me look at where I am now fitness wise compared to where I was before the knee surgery working at a wilderness camp and walking 6-8 miles a day...there is no wonder I'm a fat cow...I don't do anything!


Try to get 80-100 ounces a day!
