    I think I am going to relax today since I cleaned and did laundry all day yesterday. It is a gorgeous beach day and I have a stack of books calling my name. A big pitcher of iced tea and a couple of novels are calling my name for this afternoon.

    I have also deemed this a day of relaxation. Good food & lots of H20 are also on the agenda. Probably get a nice walk in at some point today.

      Relaxation??? Can I get some?

      Man, oh man, oh man.... Last night my two youngest had their 1st sleepover with their friend - I need Xanax...
      Taking the children of the corn to the pool today to get them out of the house and not have to listen to them tattle, fight and scream...
      Other than that, things are swell...

        I've got to go to the grocery store. I'm looking forward to getting some celery and some chives and onion cream cheese.

        For supper, we're going to have steaks, salad, and summer squash sauteed in real butter.

          HELLO!!!

          I am back! This morning I had carbs...

          No more for the rest of the day!
          And, MY INTERNET IS FIXED!!!

          I didn't realize how much support I got and so desperately needed from this site.

          I love you guys!!

          I, now, have guaranteed internet service from now on, so long as I pay my bill I was picking up someone's wifi before but that stopped working...

          I'm excited to say I will be here reporting to you all everyday from now on!!! And today I'm going to go get groceries To restart, yet again, and get my body and mind feeling good again.

          I think it's funny how every time I go off this WOE, I'm itching to get right back on because of how horrible any other WOE makes my body feel.

          I'm back

            Hi everyone!
            Just came back from church, now planning a mildly relaxing day interspersed with a few minor chores... nothing major though... I feel like I have to do something everyday or I get buried.

            Well, yesterday did well on day 2 of induction and this morning I'm down 4 lbs total already. Part of it is due to the fact that TOM showed up yesterday which made it really tough to stay on track. I am feeling better today though. Yesterday I felt aweful! But I'm determined to stay on track and lose this post surgery wt plus some...
            Anyways, have a great day.

              I went to the movies. I bypassed all of the snacks, and wasn't even tempted with my niece munching popcorn on one side of me and my daughter eating skittles on the other side.

                Hello!! Great day here. Cleaned, then relaxed all day. I didn't even do my hair or makeup!! I go to Cosmetology School, so that is a big deal to me. LOL
                I had broccoli with butter, and a cheeseburger on an Oopsie Roll for dinner and it was so good! I didn't even feel left out watching my daughter eat her crinkle fries.
                Hope you enjoyed your day, China! Read a book for me! LOL

                  I lost 2 pounds this week and saw 191 for the first time in ----months I think. !

                  I celebrated by taking a nap--I'm powering up for my workouts this week
