I'm dying here.
Last week I sat and read a bunch of recipes on the forum here. I kept wanting to run to the grocery store. There are so many recipes that sound so good. I can't wait to try the cauliflower pizza crust. Jeez.
So, last week our neighbor brought us a bag of jalepenos out of his garden. I started to throw them away this morning until I remembered the jalepeno popper recipe on the forum.
I made them up and let me say that they are unbelievable. I think I may have gone over my cheese limit today. EXCEPT
I missed the part that said to wear gloves while working with the peppers. It's been four and a half hours and I'm dying. I'm sitting here holding a frozen bottle of water.
Then I read about some cream cheese muffins last week that I wanted to make. So I sat down and combed the site trying to find the recipe. I decided to wing it and of course, after I made them, I found the recipe.
the recipe calls for two packs of cream cheese and I used one. It calls for two eggs and I used six. So, now I have twelve little muffins of scrambled eggs with cream cheese and splenda. Hank, my catahoula, thinks they're great. He even ate the muffin paper.
Oh well, I have a pot roast in the crockpot for my husband for supper. I'll scrape the gravy off and eat a bite of that and a big old salad for supper.

Try to get 80-100 ounces a day!
