    Wow, yay I started a thread! Hi guys! Been gone a while but now I'm back. I started my morning with a Turbo Jam workout, I finally got the DVD out from my collection, can you believe it's been collecting dust for almost 2 years now?! Yikes! And by the way, does anyone still do Turbo Jam? I see alot about P90X, so I'm guessing my Turbo Jam is outdated Oh well, it's still a good workout and I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow.

    Got up and walked/ran for 45 minutes this morning. I came in and had some turkey and scrambled eggs. Yum!

      HEY! My ex husbands wife does turbo jam and that is all, no dieting, she looks great! Im excited for her, I know how hard it is to tone while you lose, that is the key! SO, want to talk about OLD workouts?? I do Tae Bo! I love that workout! As a matter of fact, I am going to take a break now and go workout, then maybe do a little on the gazelle then ride my bike tonight!

      You got me motivated to workout, THANKS!! Here I go!

        Ah I'm glad to hear that! I have Billy Blanks DVDs too...hehe, although I find Turbo Jam to be a little less difficult. Go girl, glad I got you motivated!

          Hey, a good workout is a good workout. I have a friend who swears by her old Callanetics tapes (yes VHS) and she looks great! The video is almost humorous it is so out of date, but what works, works!

              Hi everyone,
              Day 4 of induction for me today... I'm already down 6 lbs! I can't believe it! I guess it was ready to come off and thanks to TOM it's coming off faster... (must have started when I was really water logged..?) anyways, I'll take it.

              Plan for the day: breakfast, clean house, lunch with cousin, shopping, make dinner, walk, TV, bed...

                Yo!

                Did cardio this morning. Hung out by the pool for a while (all by myself! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh). After nappytime, planning on taking the chitlins someplace where they can RUN, RUN, RUN!!! Hubby is training a new guy at the store tonight, so I'm home by myself with the diablo twins...

                  Good afternoon Everyone-

                  Had a great weekend at Six Flags with DBF and another couple we've been friends with for years! We packed a picnic lunch (to save money and stay OP), walked a TON, and drank lots of water.

                  DBF started induction on the 9th and has already dropped 4lbs! He started at 245 lbs. I am not going to weigh until the 23rd, which will be his 2 weeks and my 2 clean weeks.

                  Finishing up work for the day, then home to do my 30 day shred DVD and make dinner.

                    Hello.. Went out this morning and did some errands...got a haircut and went to Walmart.. When I was standing in line I was looking at a Taste of Home Magazine.. I bought it..I can't believe I paid over $5 for a magazine..but it had some yummy looking Grill recipes in it..and Hubbies garden is starting to produce!

                    Went to the Y today and did some exercising in the pool...

                        Im here and doing OK, Im making fitday my new best friend... lol

                        Really trying to watch how much I eat today and keep a close eye on the numbers of what I eat and how much it adds up at the end of the day.. Its funny how at the time it doesnt seem much but it sure does add up fast.
