    I had a few slices of bacon for breakfast, for lunch a salad with romaine, celery, green pepper, blue cheese dressing, cheese, and bacon on it along with a couple of hard boiled eggs. (It sounds like a lot of bacon today, but it really wasn't. I usually don't eat it at all). For dinner we had leftover pork steak, zucchini sauteed in butter and tomato slices. Lots of water.

    I've lost 4 lbs since July 5th. Not as dramatic as others, but still I'm losing and I'm okay with that. I'm staying full. I can watch everyone else at lunch eat pizza and chips and other carb laden stuff without wanting any.

    This is my last day of work for the week. Tomorrow I go to the doctor to see if he can fix my foot. It hurts when I walk on it.

      I'm here! Busy day at school, busy at home. I am on OWL rung one, and trying to find more veggies to add. I added cucumbers this week, but I think they make me hungry?? I have had no hunger at all, then I eat a cup of cucumbers and an hour later I am starved. Very weird. You wouldn't think there was anything to them. Oh well, OWL is an adventure! LOL
