    Today is my mom's bday... but I will NOT be having cake...

    Yesterday, I didn't eat... It was because of a medication I'm on, any food I smelled was making me nauseous.... let alone eating it. So, I won't be taking that anymore... even with the 5 lb. loss I had from one day... which I'm not counting.

    But, today is going to be a great day!
    I can feel it!

    God bless everyone, I hope today is wonderful for everyone!!

    Im here doing good and on track I feel great and so glad I found fitday and actually used it.. Im going to be flat out today working on my design orders before my husband gets home caues I want to take some down time to spend with him so need to shove as much as I can into today and tomorrow. Keeping busy will keep my mind focused on some thing else other then food.

      Morning!

      Pretty boring stuff on the agenda today...

      Hubby has been working a lot more lately, which sucks! I'm so used to having him home and helping out with the kids. Although it's great to own your own business, the downside is crappy employees with ZERO work ethic. Gee... Wanna get paid - you might have to WORK! Ugh, I'm so super tired of lazy arses...Every few months, I have this rant..
      OK, done complaining!
      Still holding at 105, feeling really groovy. I can see more definition all over, but my back and arms are looking awesome!!!. I like this muscle building stuff, it's exciting to SEE all the work that I have put in.

      Have a super swell day everyone!!

        I'm here! Had a bad night last night. Tues night I resisted pizza and was feeling proud of myself, and then LAST night I had 4 of my b/f's chicken nuggets and a couple curly fries, and then a drumstick icecream to top it all off. Yikes! I can't believe I did that!! I really feel like I NEED to be doing this diet, and I got a sign this morning.....despite my cheat I was down another 2 lbs! Keeping my fingers crossed that the cheat doesn't effect me! NO MORE CHEATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        On a lighter note, today has been good Going to have lunch in town with my sister, steak & veggies here I come!!

          I went to the doctor today for my heel and knee pain. He wants me to not exercise for 2 weeks and see if they will heal. He also xrayed them and told me to take Ibuprofen and ice them.

          I just want them to stop hurting so I can go for walks again.

            Yay Colleen. Strength training IS the best! Makes us look sooo goood.
            I went looking at houses on Long Beach Island today. Lots of pretty expensive, and pretty, expensive properties there. LOL

              Hello All,

              This is my second day of induction and so far everything is going well. I have started Atkins truthfully, about 10 times. The kick in the butt came the day before yesterday when I saw pictures of myself at the beach (my husband took them). I told my daughter I could field a football team on my backside. Even though I was joking and trying to make light of the condition I am in, I was so embarrassed and realized that I really need to get with the program and stick with it. I have been on the Sugar Free Sheila site and am going on other sites daily reading success stories for motivation. It is helping a lot. I am also committed to exercising for at least 30 minutes every single day. I have been doing that for the last week. Finally I am committed to checking in here as much as possible and hanging out with you guys because after all, we are all on the same journey and in the same boat together.

                Hey everyone, doing well! Hungry at work right now but I'm drinking my water. Trying to lose 8 lbs. by July 26th.....here's hoping! Either way a loss is a loss and I'll be happy with it!

                    Hi Colleen.. Come vent to my mailbox anytime.. We can so totally relate.. Every employee my husband hires shows up for 3 days and then goes on there drug binge! Its so frustrating.. No one wants to work... We have finally gotten our son old enough to work for us...
