Morning Everyone!
I really don't have any inspiring words - just go out and kick some butt today!
I lost 1 lb - now down to 104. I don't really want to lose anymore, I have tried upping my cals, weight training a little harder than norm and cutting my cardio. I guess I just still have fat to lose? Whateva - I shouldn't complain
Going to the gym in a few - Leg day. After that, I'm taking the kidlets to the pool to burn some time & energy until Daddy'O gets home from work.
I have seen many new faces here on STAC'er board - Hello! I've also noticed we've lost some fun, fabulous people - Partytrouble, Evermind, etc.. Where are you??? DebonAtkins - welcome back!
