Well, MIL changed her mind and we went to Longhorn. It was so good.
They put a proprietary seasoning on their steaks called "Prairie Dust." The waiter said there were 50 something spices in it and no one is allowed to know what it is. Well, I can guarantee you that some form of sugar (and probably more than one) has made it into their Praire Dust.
I asked him if it was possible to have it without the Prairie Dust. "Of course." So, I ended up having a plain ribeye. It was so good. I had steamed broccoli with butter. If it had seasoning on it, I couldn't tell. I think that's a good thing.
Then I got the Caesar salad. I intended to take out the croutons. Unfortunately, they were all ground up in the salad. BUT I have a wonderful husband and he gave me his garden salad with blue cheese and he ate my Caesar with all the crushed up croutons. I picked out the carrots and tomatoes. Really a good meal.
I looked at their website but I couldn't find nutritional information. Obviously I'm guesstimating the carbs but I'd say around 6 for the salad and dressing, 5 for the broccoli, and 0 for the steak.
Really good.
