    I think that the biggest thing that this Induction has done for me is helping to break the habit of chewing.

    I know that sounds weird but I've been in the habit of EATING all day long. I have eaten a lot of sugarfree candy, sugarfree gum and nuts. Nonstop. All day long. All night long. All the time. I quit smoking and really gave into the eating thing.

    It's been so strange to sit here and not be eating. But I'm doing it! And every day it's less and less strange.

    I've been reading a lot of this forum. I've got to stay away from the recipes. They make me want to eat!!!

    But anyway, chewing is another habit I'm breaking and one I'm proud of breaking!

    Good for you!! I also had to break the 'eating all day' habit. Food was my friend, confidant, comfort, etc... Not anymore!! I have too much energy to just sit around and eat! You should be very proud of yourself. That is a hard habit to break.
    Try to get 80-100 ounces a day!
