    hello! i can never seem to check in before i leave for work anymore! so here i am, about to eat dinner. and i am So excited!!! chicken kabobs! yay! they were on sale at the grocery store and me and hubby couldn't pass them up.

    i am excited to say that this is my one week marker for induction. hooray! i am staying strong.

    MIMOM yay it is good to see my friend back!! hang in there! i am so right there with ya!

      Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg

      I know I read this somewhere.. How do you get the exact amount of carbs your eating on fitday? I had cauliflower and it says it is 9 carbs.. What??
      Subtract out the fiber???
