I'm scheming and reading, planning and reading, mulling and reading, considering and reading, just generally pulling my hair out...
As with everyone who makes the decision to live this lifestyle, there are a number of factors to consider...
#1) Absolutely the most weighted factor is that on Wednesday, my husband and I are moving to North Georgia. We will be living in a travel trailer for the next four months (cringe) while our house is being built.
The travel trailer has limited cooking and storage...
2) Induction is easy. Period. I'm a school teacher and it will be pretty easy for me just to stay on induction and keep on doing what I'm doing until our house is built.
3) I won't have easy access to the internet to have my questions about OWL answered. If I start OWL tomorrow, I probably will stay on Rung One for a long, long, time. (As I've said earlier, my book is boxed. I guess I could spring a whole $6 and buy another.
)
4) Last time around, (four years ago), I can't say I really "did Atkins." I did about a five month induction and then did the "if I gained five pounds-went back to induction" thing.
This time, I really want to do the lifestyle better so I can maintain my weight for a long, long time. I *want* to move to OWL and do this thing "by the book."
5) I have so many questions about OWL. For instance, if I up my carbs and don't lose weight that week, how do I know to blame in on the increase in carbs? What if it's extra sodium intake? What if I had some hidden carbs that I don't know about? What if it's just one of those things that happen? Weird.
6) I think I'm just scared of OWL. That's it. Induction is just a piece of cake.
Or not.
Ok, there it is. I thought by writing it out, I could answer my own questions but I'm just more confused!!!

Try to get 80-100 ounces a day!
