    I almost don't want to start the thread this morning, because I know if I don't, Jess will And her roll call starters are always so inspiring and motivational to wake up to.

    But, I'm here. And, I don't know if I'll get a chance to post again later today.

    This morning, in a few minutes actually... I'm going to get out my digital camera, and make a video of me, in my bra and undies... And in a week, I'm going to do the same thing... Every Tuesday until I reach my goal...

    I think that will keep me on track, more so than pictures would. If a picture is worth 1,000 words, than video must be countless. I am really looking forward to the visual stimulation of seeing myself melt away and shape new cut muscles

    I'm also starting to exercise to day
    *ducks* I haven't exercised on this WOL yet.

    And, my fiance and I are back together. We are going to try to go through with everything without his parents blessing...
    and we know it will be hard, but neither of us can fathom ever being with anyone else... its just unnatural.

      Good morning, pls. Good for you for starting exercise. It makes a big difference. And I have my fingers crossed for you and your fiance. The cross culture thing is tough but those that make it have a very special strength in their relationship. Have a great day.

      I got up to beat the heat and walk before the sun really got up. Boy am I glad I did! It's already miserable here.

        Hello, hello!

        Taking the heII-hound to the groomers this morning, then gym, then running home, getting ready for lunch with some pals. After nappytime, the boys and I will hang at the pool.

        And that's my day

        Holding at 104, feeling good. Yesterday, I ran 4 miles - I haven't wanted to run in a while and that one felt really awesome. Today is weight training - upper body.

          Colleen, I'm moving to Georgia tomorrow from Sunny Florida and I'm going out to a farewell lunch today with pals, too.

          Do you know what you're having for lunch? I'm thinking chicken wings with no sauce (could have hidden sugar--gasp) and some blue cheese dressing. Plus I'm gonna scarf down some hard boiled eggs before I go.

            Here and feeling good.

            Went grocery shopping last night and decided on quick and easy grill meals for dinner this week. Last night was steak, tonight is chicken, tomorrow is fish, and so on. I love meals on the grill with fresh veggies and the cooking/cleaning is a breeze. I managed to make myself do my 30 Day Shred DVD last night after grocery shopping and before dinner, even though I didn't want to. I'm so glad I did! I feel great and working out gave me the energy to pack our steak salads for lunch today and get up to make breakfast this morning. DBF has class tonight until 10 PM so after work I'm home to walk the dogs, do my DVD, and go rollerblading for a bit before tossing dinner on the grill. I'm starting to love working out!

              Good Morning!

              Thanks for starting the thread this morning PLS. Don't worry about what to write in your posts we can always find a gem hidden in them that we can take away! Good for you for starting exercise today. It will go a really long way in helping you to lose weight and get you healthier. Bravo!

              Well I am on my 7th day today and it feels so good to be on track and moving forward. I forgot how good I could feel. When I went off my "new lifestyle" I felt miserable, bloated and hungry all of the time. Today it is under control and it is amazing as all of you know.

              This morning I had cream cheese pancakes and man they were good. Now I am off to do my 30 minutes on the treadmill and then see what other trouble I can get myself into today!

                2nd day restarting induction and going strong. I did however have a slight mistake yesterday.. A little cup of sugar free jello and 1/2 and 1/2 in my coffee. I don't give up caffeine all the way. I went to spinning yesterday (23 miles) and spinning this morning (24 miles) I am going to go everyday this week since I will be going camping for 8 days starting the 30th. I am going to try to run before everyone wakes up at the campground. I am determined to stay strong! Not give in to temptation anymore.. MMMMM SMORES!! I want to be at least 10 pounds lighter before August 29th. I know it is a lot but that is my goal. Talk to you guys soon...

                PLS.. I am happy that you 2 could work things out.

                  I'll check in, I walked over 3 miles instead of going to the donut shop! They were tough hilly miles too. Almost overdid it, seeing as I have been out of 'practice' exercising.

                  4th day induction, sugar cravings pretty much gone....

                    Day 2 of re-induction for me today. Ahh, the Induction Flu. How I missed you (not!). Feel like ****, but I'll suck it up. Trying to find a moment of free time to excercise today is going to be brutal.

                      Hey all! Just checking in Week 3, Day 3 of my re-induction! I'm really looking forward to starting on OWL next week .... I didn't do Atkins correctly the first time around and stayed on Induction way too long, so I'm excited to do it the right way and see what kind of difference it makes!

                      What a great encouragement you all are with the excercising .... I desperately need to make it back to the gym, balancing school and work is killing my free time! Hopefully I can make it tomorrow after work

                        We are going to our favorite mom & pop italian deli so I am having my usual... Small chef salad, no egg, no cheese, dressing on the side. It's actually a HUGE salad for being called "small".

                        Are you excited about your move? I moved around every few years growing up and now that I've been someplace for 10 years, I'm itching to move again - It's almost exciting to start new

                          Hello STACers!

                          Hope you are all enjoying the day. I'm hanging in on day 4 of induction. My throat is feeling a little scratchy today and my 4yr old son is home sick with dad........hope this is not a sign of things to come this week. Otherwise, things are moving along.

                              Hey everyone! Doing well today! Some exciting things are brewing in my household. I'm not gonna go into details but it's a possibly good thing to come maybe (Could I be anymore vague?)

                              I just re-read what I wrote and no I'm not pregnant...yet Anyway keep my fam in your thoughts!

                              PLS - I'm so glad you and your fiance are going to work it out. It's going to be hard no doubt but you can't let someone's parents rob you of happiness. Good luck!

                              Colleen - itching to move huh? I'll trade houses with you! I'd give next to anything to live in Colorado!!! Sighhhhhhh.....
