    Day 17 on this WOE. Still doing induction, although I'm beginning to think I'm eating more veggies than I should. I don't count them but I think, when I get back from vacation, I will for a day or two just to see how I'm doing. If I'm getting enough veggies, I'm gonna start on dairy next week.

      I ended up having a small side salad at lunch. Very small so I came home and at a leftover chicken cutlet.

      I'm excited about the move. It'll be fun but no internet service for a while except at work so that'll be a drag.

            good evening. just finished working out and showering. did 3 miles with leslie and the gang..gotta love W.A.T.P.! yesterday i did 2 miles, today 3, so tomorrow means i better stick with it through the 4th!! alright, off to make some dinner!

              Hi all, sorry I've been awol. That's never a good thing. Hopefully I'll get back on track again tomorrow. I hate not being on track. The electricity went off 2 days ago. One good thing is that I have been exercising. Water Aerobics this am and walked the last 4 days prior... up to 3+miles yesterday! That's good for me! My energy level is getting better too. yeah! Now, just need to get the food back in order. I could kick myself for not staying on track! darnit!
