So, I woke up this morning around six. I went in the bathroom and got every little last drop out before I got on the scales.
I twisted the little dial to calibrate to make sure that it was EXACTLY on the ZERO. I jumped on the scales, looked down, and jumped off the scales, checked the calibration again, rubbed my eyes, and got back on the scales.
SEVEN POUNDS DOWN FOR INDUCTION!!!
I'm stunned, pleased, excited, motivated, thrilled, and everything else.
So, now, I've got to make a mad dash around the forum to find that metabolic resistance chart (wish I would have added it to my favorites) because
a) apparently I have LOW metabolic resistance and
b) Maybe I have more weight to lose than I thought I did. I was only planning on losing about 15 total. I'm almost 5'11" so a pound or two either was is not noticable.
