    I went off yesterday... It wasn't worth it... it never is. But, usually when I go off I let myself go all day and I take on the "I'll come back tomorrow" attitude. But, I was at my mom's and she has limited food choices, and I'm not making excuses but I don't think she has one thing in her house that doesn't have carbs in it... and I'm not exaggerating.

    The only veggie she has is corn, there's no meat in her house... but ANYWAY!

    I'm back. Long story short. I'm back, and hoping it won't take too long to get back into ketosis.

    Planning is crucial in this WOE/WOL. If you know you are going somewhere that might not have low carb foods available pack some food in a cooler. Even a few cheese sticks to hold you over until you can get some decent food!

    I'm taking the little kids today for an adventure at a local organic farm. They are hosting an open house for the public. This farm makes fantastic cheese!! The kids are quite excited about getting to see the cows!

      Good Morning

      I have a Mother/Son Baseball game and picnic today. (I have never played baseball in my life.) So, It should be pretty funny. The picnic should be alright for me to stay on track. There will be a veggie tray and Buffalo wild wings. I am not supposed to have pre made (take out) food but maybe it wont hurt today. This yeast free diet is being really hard on me.         Morning!

        The chitlins and I are off to a company picnic. Some pals I used to work with invited me. It will be nice to get the kiddies out of the house, to run around and make themselves tired Plus, it will be really good to network again and maybe get my name back out there.

        Other than that - A whole lotta nothing! Might partake in a little retail therapy after nap time. Today is day off from the gym.

        OH! we did receive an offer on the store, however it is 135K less than asking price - so that's a big NO.. We countered with full price. We'll see!

        Have a super snappy one all!

          I measured today, which I wasn't going to do until monday, and I'm down 6.5 inches.

          I have a little flat spot which used to be a fat spot, kind of at the base of my neck, between and under the collarbones. I love how atkins makes you lose fat in the weirdest places!

          I also rollerskated for about an hour and a half yesterday, so much fun! I hadn't been since starting induction, and I felt better, stronger, and faster than anytime I've gone since I bought my skates and re-took it up. it's really good exercise!

          and I plan to have a good, clean weekend. clean with the eating, anyway. hahaha!

            good morning. off to the bank and then whole foods. mimom-i too, am trying to get back to basics with this candida and no processed foods thing. i have strayed too far and am eating too many things that i know are contributing to me retaining water and not losing as fast as i could be. i am stocking up on a bunch of veggies and meat basically. no more cheese for awhile. that is the hardest part for me. after a few weeks i will add some mozerella and see how i can handle that. going to look into the oil of oregano as well. alright, off i go. have a great day everyone.

              Had a lovely portabello/ cheese omelet this morning, yum, made hubby happy with one too! Cleaning my room and office area this morning. Listening to Pandora... music is a great thing!

              Not really losing past those first three pounds, but my shorts are definitely looser. Had a crazy moment this morning, a piece fell of the english muffin I toasted to add to my hubby's plate, I picked it up and put it in my mouth, then spit it right into the sink!

              Couldn't bring myself to walk this morning although it might have taken the last bit of sore right out of my legs if I had done it right. But I will walk tomorrow no ifs, and, or buts.

                    WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME????? I screwed up again. I want to puke!!! The picnic ended up having taco dip and yummy peanut butter brownies with frosting. Guess what??? I ATE THEM! CRAP! I need the strength back I used to have. What the heck is going on with me these days?? I SUCK!!!!!

                      mimom-just put it behind you and get back on the wagon. you CAN DO IT! take it one day at a time. besides...i need your support lol...i know you have it in you. what is done is done. the best part about it is-you get to wake up tomorrow and start over.
