Wow, is everyone sleeping in?
Day 9 for me. I stayed off the scaled for a few days, but checked out out today. I am 17 pounds down, which is great. However in the last 4 days I only dropped 3 pounds and my test strips show my ketosis getting fainter, so I am examining my diet over the last few days to see if I went wrong. I've been doing a lot of Oopsie rolls, which means a lot of cream cheese. That could be my problem. Just need to be a little more vigilant.
