  • Just saying hello

Hey y'all. I'm moved to North Georgia and I've been through four days of training. I'm at the library checking email for the first time in over a week and I thought I'd drop in and say hello.

First day of training they had ham or sausage biscuits provided for breakfast and for lunch, there were sandwiches made on fresh baked croissants. And the whole week has been like that. There were piles of miniature hershey bars dumped in the middle of the tables all week.

But I perservered and I don't have my scale. It's still in Fl but my jeans are falling off of me. My husband will be bringing it with him next week so we'll see.

Good luck to everyone! I guess technically I'm still on extended induction. I bought some of the pure pumpkin and mixed it with cream cheese and splenda and heated it. WOW. Who would have thought?

Anyway, I'll probably be waiting until I'm more able to access a computer regularly to enter into OWL.

Hey Kelly great job there! All that food is hard to resist, but you will really feel empowered when you make it through. Stay on top of it, drink alot of water to avoid sudden hunger, and eat a bit a head of time to avoid true hunger. You can hold off temptation when you are really not hungry, tired or stressed.....(gee imagine being all that)...
I think you know what I am saying. Stay strong, rested, and ahead of your triggers!

How awesome Kelly! Moves are super stressful - sounds like you handled it fabulously!
