Just doesn't look right without it here at this time of the morning...

Hi all. I'm back - AGAIN! - to get back on track... Lots of people I don't know in the recent roll calls. So a quick intro: I found this place and was rockin-n-rolling, so inspired by everyone here. Got way-laid by an illness, then started a new job...Things are finally settling down and I can dig in again. You'd think my health would be the main reason for this but I have to confess, my kayak is a bit too tight so I need to lose my big butt! LOL! Regardless, I'm already feeling so much better.

    So off to the races!

Have a great Atkin-ie weekend, folks!

Good morning! Doing great although I am behind in eating breakfast. Need to head to the kitchen and do that. Nice to meet you!

    Great day to all!

Oh, my job gave us all polo shirts to wear at our upcoming conference. Thank goodness I have already lost a few pounds.. imagine a polo in the very brightest neon yellow-green possible! NOT a slimming color! What a crazy idea someone came up with.. when this is over I will have two completely useless polo shirts....

We spent the morning at the farmer's market (mmmmm....fresh veggies) and then doing a little yard saling. This afternoon I'm finishing removing the mess from the basement where we removed some old tile. Hopefully I'll get enough done that we might be able to start removing adhesive. I have 1800 square foot of useless space until this gets done. I'd love to be able to move the junk out of the garage and back into the basement.

And, as of this morning, I'm down 9 lbs. DH has lost 10, so between the 2 of us, we lost 19 lbs in about a month! We've moved into OWL and are eating lots of veggies. I'm starting dairy tomorrow.

Morning all. I don't feel anywhere near as bad as I feared I might after the wreck yesterday, so hopefully today I can get some things done (and some miles in). Down a tiny bit today, but all in all I am finding it much harder this time during induction. The weight just doesn't want to come off. If I am still struggling I may post menus soon or something. I'm never hungry, so who knows.

I'm here. Stopped by the library on my way out shopping during the tax free holiday. WooHoo.

I didn't realize exactly how far out in the country our property actually is until I'm LIVING there. 13 miles from the library...

And we have to have an antenna because there is no cable and neither Dish nor Directtv could get a line of sight. How funny! So, no internet for the time being, either!

I haven't been on a scale since Tuesday (12 days ago) when I had my amazing seven pound loss for the first two weeks.

I CAN say that I put on some shorts this morning that barely fit me three and a half weeks ago. They are HUGE now. I think I'm safely in my 12s again. Maybe even heading for 10s...

                    I feel GREAT!!
