I think my munching, or hand to mouth habit or constant chewing habit is gone. Really weird to feel that I don't need to constantly be chewing. I like it. I'm feeling calmer.
When I was a smoker, I would eat during the day (when I wasn't able to smoke at work.) When I quit smoking, I ate all day long and when I wasn't eating, I was chewing gum. My jaws were working sixteen hours a day.
Who'd have thought that was a habit I had to break? It made me nervous for the past couple of weeks. The past few days, however, I think that I'm at peace without my jaws going. I had to get in the habit of being STILL.
