    I will be starting again tommorow. Any suggestions about go to the grocery store other than pepperoni,creamcheese lettuce, eggs, chicken, cheese, sf jello,butter????

    Tuna, green pepper, celery, head of cabbage (use it like bread), green beans, spinach, spag squash... Get those veggies in!

    Someone here calls lettuce "crunchie water". Not much in it for anything.

          Stepped on the scale, 183.5 just need to measure, how do I do that again?

            Week 2 - 230.6 (10.2 lb loss)
            Week 4 - 223.4 (17.4 lb loss)

              Well first of all I hadn't completley gone off atkins, I never got into eating bread except on vacation, not back to soda except on vacation. The bad thing is drinking beer (Mich Ultra 2.6 carbs). Since ?I have been off school, I would drink either one or both days on a weekend. With that said here is my menu so far today.

              B= Mock Danick 4 carbs
              coffee 3 carbs

              L= Salad with chicken and ranch dressing. 5 carbs

              been drinking diet iced tea, not ready for water yet.

                Remember it could be bumpy this week! Detoxing causes alot of headaches and fatigue but good days are right ahead!!! You will be so glad you have done this!

                  I do not feel tired On day two I feel a little dizzy (drunk). other then that my eating has been good. I won't way untill next Monday, TOM is here, just my luck.

                  Today Ive eaten

                  Mock danish
                  Coffee

                  Chicken
                  Romaine lettuce
                  Cheese
                  Ranch dressing

                  Some pepperonni.

                    I don't feel dizzy anymore. I am eating a ratio of 68/26/13 so far that's with the dinner that I mplanned but did not eat yet.
