    Hey peeps! I will start because I am happy, hopping, healthier than ever, and I know you are too!

    (Two more pounds down, so I am in a goooood mood.)

    About to go gonna some buns into shape, enjoy the lovely brand keep feeling probably eat some and do lots of

    Great Post, love all the little icons you used to make it special...
    All is well here, definately dialing back carbs and getting into a new place....I am ready to be free of some of the sports nutrition and streamline the foods....

          I am starting P90 today. Hopefully the rain stops and I can enjoy a nice walk afterwards.

            In a funk this morning. Insurance companies suck - especially when you have a private policy.. They can totally kiss my grits...

                Good morning. Today is DAy 2 for me. I bought some strips last night and already showing trace amount of ketones. No coffee or caffine at all yesterday and I felt horrid. Hoping all that gets better today.
                Scales were very kind this morning but I have digital ones and they fluctuate. Grrrr. So waiting until the end of induction to post a loss and see my grand total. At least I'll hve a rough estimate. Hoping for great things and working towards it one day at a a time.

                  Good afternoon! I've been forgetting to check in here, but I'm on the ADBB somewhere every day... yep, I'm addicted! Day 16 for me. Hanging in there, exercising LOTS more, wt actually *increased* but I'm cool with it. (I have a digital scale, too! grr!) btw it's 'variability' and some bacon that I'm contributing to water retention, I'm not gonna sweat it. I'm on the right track and I know it. Have an awesome day, guys!

                        Hey guys, late check in for me. I was down a half pound today, but I'm still exactly where I was 5 days ago so it was a bit disheartening. Hopefully it all sorts itself out. I feel like maybe I need to eat MORE food. I just haven't been that hungry, so it's hard to make myself. Resumed working out today, about 99% recovered from the wreck on Friday. So it was good to get back to C25K.

                          I failed the fay fast in a miserable fashion today.. but I did stay low carb, and told myself the min I got home back to the fast! Its bad when you have a salad and a hamburger with no bun, you feel like a cheat! I had car issues, and then a guy friend picked me up and took me to get some food.... I guess no dating while I am fat fasting!
