  • Yo-Yoing between 3lbs.

    I'm a little discouraged because I finished my third week of induction yesterday and my weight is up and then down. I weighed 212-211-210 and finally hit 209. Then back up to 211, 210, & 209 then back up. This morning I weighed 209.5. I have been very faithful with everything but the water. I am trying to get it all down. I bought Keto-sticks and I am 80 to large. I am doing weights and start walking on Monday. Any advise other than to throw the scales away !!!!

    i do the same thing.. i hate it .. maybe there is something that we are eating that our body doesnt like??

    Lifting weights builds Muscle, maybe its just that .. have you measured?

    Dont weigh yourself everyday, the reality is that our bodys weight changes slightly with weight retention etc ..

      I've been doing the same thing for the last 3-4 weeks and I was puzzled. But I think I just found the solution. I'm eating earlier. I don't know if is going to work for everyone of you. Me, personaly, I am an "once a day eater". But I was eating late in the night. Now I eat at noon and I started loosing again.

        I like the throw the scale away option. Or at lease hise it for 2 weeks. THen weigh and hide it again. The daily fluctuations kill me and my motivation. I have to see a loss to feel good and in reality you just don't see that on a daily basis. Drink that water and keep on keeping on. I know you are shrinking and that you will see a loss!
