Good morning STACers.
Well, I am done with the bike race and the higher levels of endurance sport, for the time being. I am dialing it back now and going back on induction for a while.
I expect this week to be a bit tough. Low energy, maybe some headaches, but soon I will be really in the groove. Low carb eating and living is a groove that really works for me. I miss it.
Because I get hit hard with the fatigue, I will be exercising very very early in the morning, when I am at my freshest. I will be jogging trying to get my legs up for a triathlon next month.
I was reading in TIME magazine this morning that was a study done by the Am Journal of Preventative Medicine that states that "dieters who used a food journal lost twice as much weight as those who did not".....Sanjay Gupta states that this is "striking". A senior investigator for Kaiser P stated that "hands down this was the most successful weightloss method".
I found the article inspiring, considering all I have to do is record what I eat and it might also help me make very smart choices.
As I make the step back to total food control, I will have to pay close attention. Very close attention and keep my focus. That's how I made it happen last time.
