    well im back again.....trying again....trying hard....trying harder

    ive got to win....ive got to be happy with myself...ive gotta work this...so im on it again

    so this is day 1 and its already 5pm and ive been good.

    induction here we are and sticking to it fully is the key.

          Day 1 for me too...for the 100th time!

          I am feeling very positive this time though.

          We can do this and we will reach our goal!

          I see we are at about the same weight currently and our goals are the same.

            Well Shell Bell and Grace I wish all good luck..

            I made it thru day 1....but i had some serious chocolate cravings but i got a recipe from on here for like a mocha coffee drink and it was delicious...

            it was 1 tblspn cocoa, 2 tspn splenda, 1 tspn coffee, 1 tblspn cream and u just mix all that stuff to a paste and pour ur hot water over it...it really hit the spot and got me thru Day 1!!!
