    Morning all!

    Today, my "baby" started high school - OMG, I'm not old enough to have one of those!

    Heading off here to Body Combat class - going to run beforehand - although it's a great upper body workout, I don't feel like I am getting the cardio I need - hurt me!

    Good news! We should (fingers crossed) be getting an offer on the store. I am praying that this is it.

    I have my dermatology appt. tomorrow - having a skin check - keep your fingers crossed that all is ok - I'm nervous!

    Good Morning!

    Colleen.. Good luck with your appointment. I hope everything comes out alright. Could you please give me some of your energy? I had my alarm set for 5 this morning to go to spinning. Well, That didn't work out so well. I reached over and turned it off. I cheated yesterday and Saturday night with chips, popcorn and frosting. AHH!

    Today I will restart induction. I weighed in at 129 this morning with my goal set at 117 by September 12th.

        colleen, good luck with the skin stuff!

        I am headachey and exhausted today. family stress + changeable weather = head pain. boooo.

        and I am still on track, go me! gotta exercise more still though.

          Ended induction with a 13 pound loss! So today rung 1 of OWL. ANyway, I'm thrilled but I know the weight loss will slow. I was able to wear a pair of slacks today I couldn't wear last week! And that is what counts is getting smaller because I and ya'lll are the only ones who see my scales. Anyway now to pick another pair and work at getting in them

            Good day here, just got in from the gym, I didn't hit any machines but I did 45 min water aerobics. Once they close the pool I will do more work 'inside.' I just love my water! Feeling very relaxed and nice....could see my swimsuit is not nearly as tight, it was a bit confining, now it is comfortable. Yay to shrinking!

                  Good Afternoon All! I'm back from Holiday and have settled into my new job now so I'm feeling very good! I'm also down a pound this morning to 189!! And it is even TOTM! My first time under 190 in ages! And it's all downhill from here! I'm not going back!
