    Im here hangin in there -- just finished lunch....i had ground beef with spinach on top of my greenz -- pretty good.

    ive been busy getting the kids ready for school but im tryin to hang in there...i really wanna do this right.

        Morning!

        My upper body is sore from Body Combat yesterday and my bootie is sore from the 3 miles (intervals) I ran before - nice workout!

        Off to spin class, playgroup, home to pretty up - then off to the dermatologist.

        Still holding at 105 - seems easy to maintain at this weight. Even though I am sure I can get lower, do I really want to? Nah...

        Have a super fantastic fun day all!

            I am doing well today, nice and cool and rainy, what a blessing. Just finished a serving 'spinach and hamburger pie.' Next time I make this, must add and egg or two so that maybe it will hold together!

                still around. still 100% and going strong. I actually turned down one of those Fire & Ice cheesecakes from Friches <a local restaurant>

                    roll call is basically a way for you to share how you have done throughout the day and to let ppl and yourself know you still have the motivation. Sometimes when ya start lacking it it can help to post something like. "HERE and sticking to WOE 100% but losing momentum, help"!?!?!"

                    It just helps keep you going gives you something to reward yourself with and brag about and gives others a little extra umph.
