Here I am again. I lost 30 pounds 13 years ago in a few months doing Atkins .... for the past few years I've been yo-yo-ing ... I'm tired of it and just want to feel good again ... so ... I am back. I set a pretty big goal - 53 pounds. According to the "chart", I should lose 30 pounds. I'd like to at least get there and decide whether or not to keep going. I can't do this alone - I've tried and failed too many times ... so, I thought I'd try this board and see if this can help me. I'm pretty tired of feeling tired all the time. Ya know?
