Well Its Been 2 weeks and 1 day and I think I have been doing pretty well over all. I really have appreciated the positive feedback everyone has been helping me with. I am going out of town in a couple days and Im really concerned how I am going to be able to handle it. We are visiting family and I know last time it seemed like we went out to eat everyday. I am afraid i will not be able to stay on track, I Promise I am going to do my best, I am to this stage now other food i use to eat doesnt even look good to me anymore, But the smell is what bothers me, I dont want to get invited to go to dinner and just sit and watch. I am going to be strong I do not want to throw away the past 2 weeks for nothing. If you know what im saying. I need some ideas on what I could eat, I know i could just go to the store and i will But its always so busy when you are on vacation there not time to cook. I know we will probably be going to mexican food, and Applebees, and Who knows I might just Drink my meal instead of eat. I was also wondering when we go out I was wondering If drinking Jack and Diet Coke
would be alright. I looked it up it says no carbs but How true is that. Thank you
