    HI everyone ...

    check in please ....

    Today I had a strange morning I was up at 4 am ... and had my Breakfast at 5.... but then decided to watch a movie ... ( I know we creative ones work strange hours .... ) and I fell asleep again ... however I got up and was beat ... very beat ... I would love a coffee now (white chocolate mocca from Stabucks...) but I try to stay away from it ... Remind me why am I doing this ? Ah yeah I am at WAR with my Fat...

    Gosh some days it is really hard ...

      so fa so good. According to my scales I'm down by 6 lbs. But they're known to outright LIE to me anyway. Yesterday I was not hungry at all till night time. I still barely managed to get in my 20 carbs. I'm only eating about 1200 calories a day and feel fine. No induction flu yet. Matter of fact i felt great yesterday.

        Drank a cup of coffee and am having a quarter cup of almonds and a wedge of Laughing Cow Lite cheese for breakfast. Not really hungry but I know better than to skip breakfast. Day 5 and I'm down 4.5 lbs.

        Time to get the kiddos off to school!

            Morning!

            Feeling a bit better today - Since I took yesterday off from the gym, I am heading back in today, going to do some lifting and get my spin on Might take kiddie #2 & 3 to the pool afterwards?

            Child of the corn #1 has his first high school football game today - I just hope we'll be able to see it - it's suppose to rain this afternoon. He's a linebacker - Go Sebastian! Should be a good time!

            I have noticed I've been a bit lax in my maint. Although I don't want to lose any more, I certainly don't want to gain - I need to clean it up - will work on that this weekend.

                ugh, going by my scale, I'm up a couple of lbs. *insert swearing here*

                I'm still on plan though. my body is, well, weird. I know I lost almost an inch on my waist this week though. official measurements to be done tomorrow, ha!

                btw...zevia soda is delicious!

                  Regular soda is definitely out because it a major calorie overload — but guess what, I don't want you drinking diet soda either! I'm a former diet soda addict myself, and believe me, it almost killed me to get off that junk. After I stopped drinking it every day, though, I could definitely feel the difference being off those chemicals!

                  As I've grown in the health and wellness realm, I've become very passionate about being natural and organic with what I'm putting into my body. While the FDA still doesn't ban these products, I could go on and on about research I've found about aspartame (the sweetener in Diet Coke). The main thing I want you to do is try your best to limit your exposure to it.
                  If strictly water (the best option!) is out of the question, drink unsweetened ice tea or coffee — both have zero calories. If you need to sweeten your coffee or tea, xylitol and stevia are better, more natural options than sucralose (Splenda). Xylitol is a naturally occurring sweetener that's extracted from the fibers of certain fruits and vegetables, and stevia comes from a South American plant.
                  I personally use xylitol all the time, usually one packet at a time in my coffee or tea. It's nontoxic, but since it's a sugar alcohol, you could have digestive issues if you use a lot of it. I've never had a problem.

                    present and counted for, still traveling, still losing just a lil at a time but better then gaining. in the airports is the worst, nest week im gonna take a small collapsable cooler. all in all im feeling pretty good, of corse i wish the 50 lbs were just gone but i didnt put it on in 5 or 6 weeks ... I know this is a life style change and for today its all good, getting past my TOM and I hope to drop a couple more lbs after that, it always has an effect on the scale. good to see familiar face(so to speak) I have been having a lil coffee daily but if thats the worst i do i can deal with it :0) ive passed up beans & rice, cobbler, corn bread... the south if a carb lovers heaven or **** either way. Ive found lots of other creol / blackened dishes to try and for the most part im pretty satified. Plus watch the gals I travel with over eat then feel sick helps me to stay steady.

                    :0) I think Monday will be the start of my 6th week I think my start date is 7/21 ill have to look it up for certain, i guess what really matters is what I eat today. time for some more water :0)
