Has anyone ever tried making chicken parm using ground up pork rinds as breading?

I am from Texas. I grew up on fried food and I love it. When I found at back in 2006 that we could fry meat in crushed pork skins, I was the happiest person in the whole world. In fact, that is why I had so much success then...I never felt like I was missing out on a thing!
