  • fitday-how to input a recipe

Well, I started using fitday today to check on my ratios and for the 1st day, my ratios were Fat: 54%, Protein: 41% and Carbs: 6%. I guess I'm wondering if I'm doing ok. Also, how do I input a whole recipe? I made an italian casserole tonight from an Induction friendly recipe, but I don't know how to put this into fitday. I don't have a nutrition label to look at. Does anyone know?

    Thanks!

What I end up doing is just listing all the ingredients in the recipe to get the totals, then make a "custom food" for my dish. That makes it a little easier to add the dish in the future. I hope this helps
