    How's everyone today? I'm doing fine, did my walk and morning swim and feel great. One sort of yukkie thing was that my ketostrip didn't turn as purple this morning as usual, but I overdid it on cheese yesterday and I knew I did that stupid thing at the time, praying that it wouldn't catch up with me, lol.

    Hope everyone has a great weekend and keep on the good work all my fellow bro's and sis's.

            k im done traveling for a week, actually I have done amazingly well. I am still losing so im happy. Travel is very challenging and I am sick of grilled chicken salad. Ive been down south so I have had to so no to alot of yummy looking stuff, but my winter work will now fit me, I may even get to buy new stuff because what I now call my skinny wardrobe may/will be too big. I can live with that. I started this on 7/21 and I am down 17 lbs, to me thats something to celebrate. I told myself if and when I lost 20lbs i would get a gym membership, I guess i better start looking into them. Its not too far away. I have been walking when possible. I do have coffee in theam but as ive said if thats the lease of my worrys im happy. I will hopefully have time to get on here and catch up this week. I know I need to create some yummy treats I can have, i am starting to feel a tad deprived. so im glad I will be home for a week.

            Hope all is well with you, gosh its nice not to have my pants cutting me in two while I sit here typeing :0) great day all

              Hello...doing really good, confirmed this morning that I am sleeping way better, and am able to actually get up when the alarm screams at me. Headache (not induction caused) are gone as well that will save me alot of money on Excedrin.
