Well, according to my scales this morning i'm down to 343lb. That's my first 16lb gone......and very pleased i am too

Congrats, Swordfish!!! I'm a newbie to your group and to this website, but since I'm a STACer I certainly know how exciting the weight loss can be. When you begin to see results is when it really gets exciting. Keep up the good work.

80lb's the last time, in 3 month's.I would never have believed i could feel so good.............but it all went on again and a little bit more.
This time next year thing's will be a whole lot different.
