    Measurement heaven

    Ohh.. I just measured!

    I knew I had lost a good bit of 'love handle' but 5 + inches off my waist, and 3 off of hips! On only 16 pounds!

    Now most of my tummy fat is below waist level, low belly fat, that 'apron' you know? But I am very excited.

              That is an awesome number! Have you reached the nuts rung? Nuts that are high in omega 3's will also help to trim down those tummy inches. Just don't overdo it but really they are a helpfull snack in more ways than one!
              Congrats again on your inches lost that is awesome and just from 2 places not overall, everywhere so you know that number is much higher.

                                          I know it isn't my imagination, I look smaller. I tried this dress a week ago, no go. Yesterday I wore it!
