So, how are all those goals setters doing out that. A goal will take you in a direction and provide something to work towards. Exercise is critical for your health and success here at Atkins.
What can you do this month? What can you set out to improve at? Where can you go to become more Active? Fall is a great time for walks, and hikes. I love it.
This month I will be finishing up the triathlon season by participating in a race on Sept. 20th. I've been training 2 young ladies for this race. They were so motivated and have worked so hard, that I finally signed up to do it with them.
We have biked, run or swam 5 days a week. We have made room every day for training and this has been a huge endeavor for these gals. They did not have weight issues, but were trying to challenge their fitness!
My goal this month is to train hard these next 2 weeks and complete the race and then return to low carb lifestyle completely by Oct 1st. This is a huge endeavor. When we step away from the structure of our diets and deal with this arena of food, it triggers all my issues....I enjoy sport, but need to return to my lifestyle! That is my earnest and honest goal.

run for you lives!!! So my goal for this month is to get out my fitball and yoga vids as well as hit the weight bench in the garage at least 3x per week. At least one strength training activity 3x per week that is. Anywho gotta get back to the food..starting to smell delish
