  • Roll Call Sept 3

    Mornin all. I'm feeling lazy today. (*Danger Will Robinson!!*) Trying to motivate myself to go get my morning walk in. I know I'll do it, but gotta do some tail-kicking on myself, lol.

    Good Morning. Day two of induction and doing well.

    I have not weighed myself this time around. I just know I am fat. I am back into my size 20 pants and it is not pretty. I think this time around I am just going to weigh at the end of my 13 days. (yes, 14 minus one though) I so need a clean induction this time around.

    Menu plan...
    B - 2 eggs, sliced turkey, and mrs. dash.
    S - string cheese
    L- Tuna, 2 c. lettuce, 1 tbsp. mayo
    S- baked chicken breast, green pepper and motz. cheese
    LOTS OF water....
    Does this look bad to anyone?
    How does one become a butterfly?
    You must want to fly so much that you're willing to give up being a caterpillar.

          I think you need more fat. Try fitday.com it's free and you can easily see your percentages. you be close to 60% fat give or take.

            Well, I made it through the first day of school! I think it's going to be a great year! I picked up the kids and spent about an hour talking with them about their day and then went up and did some toning exercises. I'm looking forward to adding in some more veggies when I move to OWL on Friday. I'm kind of scared at the same time- I don't want to mess it up! Well, that's my 2 cents for the day! Hope everyone has a great evening!

              Hi everyone ,

              yes I am still here and still on the roll was just busy the last days so I had no time to come here ... well I don`t like the scales to much at the moment ... they are not really moving but I took some pics the other day and you can tell that I am shrinking big time ... you always have to look at the bigger picture .... Right ?

              Hope you are all doing great and have a lot of fun cooking you todays meal .

                hi hi. here and feeling crappy today. not diet-related, more like hormone related, LOL! I feel like I might actually have a bit of a stomach bug. yay lack of appetite, boo upset stomach.

                  I'm here, did good on the ole exercise today and the water. However, I made atkins meatloaf from Linda's site and that's always dangerous for me. I do tend to eat more of it than I should.
